General Information

There are so many softwares available for php

WAMP

XAMPP

LAMPP

and installing apache,mysql and php separately.

Advantages of installing apache,mysql and php separately is that apache will automatically start on windows start up but other softwares don’t start automatically on windows startup. 

XAMPP also starts automatically when installed as service. You have to start other softwares manually.

It is better to use XAMPP because some problems occur when installed separately and WAMP don’t start automatically.
